We seek an experienced ICT Manager to lead and manage all ICT systems and hardware across the School. This pivotal role will oversee the IT Team, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that support teaching, learning, and administration.
The ICT Manager will:
- Lead, coach, and direct the IT Team.
- Support the Head of Digital Learning and staff responsible for eSafety and student support.
- Manage the IT budget and provide monthly reports to the Business Manager.
- Collaborate with the School Leadership Team and faculty decision-makers to identify, recommend, develop, and implement cost-effective IT solutions.
- Document and implement the School’s IT Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all ICT infrastructure, systems, and hardware.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and eSafety standards.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement.
- Provide strategic advice on emerging technologies and digital transformation.
Key Selection Criteria
- Extensive experience in IT systems design, development, and management within medium to large organisations.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Strong background in program and project management, strategic planning, and applying IT solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of IT laws, regulations, and system integration capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex IT operations and setting priorities effectively.
