You’ll diagnose, resolve, or escalate technical problems in a timely and effective manner, ensuring every student and staff member receives exceptional service. We are seeking a great communicator and customer‑focused IT Support Desk Technician with a passion for IT to join our supportive and dedicated IT Services team.

In this entry‑level role, you will act as the first point of contact for all IT issues and support requests.
